Two blocks from Sidney’s waterfront, Stone’s Throw is a four-storey condominium building with commercial units on the ground floor. The residences are large and matched with outdoor spaces which are large enough to allow true habitation.  The building’s exterior is designed as a composition of larger components, which, especially along the ground façade, unite to provide both interest and a degree of variety. A covered laneway/parking access was negotiated with the Town of Sidney in order to maintain the sidewalk pedestrian wall, and to provide large terraces for a couple of the units.
