On the boards at gdp architecture is this proposed 10 unit family-friendly townhouse development in the heart of the Glenbrook North neighbourhood of New Westminster.  These spacious 3+ bedroom units are equally split between two buildings of 5 units each.  The design aims to mediate the larger scale buildings and traffic along a city collector street with the existing single-family neighbourhood beyond. The architecture gives individual identity to each home while knitting their appearance together into a balanced whole. The two buildings are separated by an open landscaped courtyard and offer private outdoor spaces for each residence.
