This custom house is designed for a standard 50’x122’ City of Vancouver lot. While not traditional in appearance, the exterior manifests a degree of complexity, detail and richness that serves to fit comfortably within its West Side neighbourhood. The careful application and detailing of beautiful materials contribute to its context. It features a roof top deck as well as a sunken landscaped court, strategically integrated to provide private outdoor space, and bring natural light to the lowest level.
